In the March edition of Community Oncology Veronica Decker describes how one Michigan practice tries to stay viable in her article “Leaving nothing to chance: the steps one practice took to stay viable in a poor economy.” The practice described in the article uses many of the EMOL tools to not only identify where they need to improve but also track if the changes they implemented are effective.
